Usage terms

Reading or otherwise using surbiusio.com counts as accepting the terms on this page. Anyone who cannot accept them should close the tab.

surbiusio publishes reviews to read. There is no way to stake money, play chance games, book a room or pay for anything through it, and nothing here urges anyone to gamble.

Since each featured resort contains a casino, the intended reader is 18 or older, or of whatever higher age the local law demands.

We check our facts carefully, but resorts change menus, hours and house rules without notifying anyone. We give no warranty that the content is complete or current; confirm what matters with the hotel before relying on it.

Official hotel links are a courtesy. Those sites sit outside our control, and we answer for neither what they say nor how they behave.

Unless noted, everything written, drawn or designed on surbiusio.com is ours. Quote a few lines freely if you credit surbiusio with a link. Trademarks and hotel names remain their owners' and are used only to say which property is meant.

So far as the law allows, surbiusio.com bears no responsibility for loss or harm that follows from using these pages, acting on them or visiting the sites they point to.

From time to time these terms get amended, and whatever this page says today is what governs. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Send questions about these terms to hello@surbiusio.com.
